A large Netherlands government organization has selected the OMNITRACKER application for its Service Management and Project Management (joint venture of OMNINET GmbH, OMNINET Benelux and ECKDALE BV).
This order is for one of the largest European in-house ICT Service Desks, covering a total of 1,200 ICT employees (serviced via Windows clients) and also a Web Self Service portal for more than 20,000 employees. CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) is foreseen for the 125 first line service desk agents.
The implementation covers the ITSM V3 processes together with integrated Project Management. OMNITRACKER version 9.1 will replace the present service management application HP Service Desk.

Since more than 15 years, Acial SA has been involved in quality assurance of software solutions for any branch within the French economy. A 120+ staff in Paris in Nantes focus on a comprehensive Lifecyle Management of the delivered IT projects. The Federal Ministry for Science and Research (short "BM.W_F), based in Vienna, is as federal administrative facility mainly responsible for scientific research and academic education in Austria. This, in addition to the nationwide support of the teaching institutions, teachers and students includes the public relations for the serviced areas. To fulfill its tasks, BM.W_F uses modern information technologies.
In line with a realignment of the internal IT expiration based on ITIL "best practices" BM.W_F will use OMNITRACKER to map its IT service processes in the future. |

RI Solutions GmbH was founded in 2002 and employes 200 people in Munich, Auerbach and Vienna. Main activity is the delivery of IT-Services for customers like BayWa AG and RWA AG. For that, RI Solutions is a specialist in trading processes in the areas of agriculture, technology, energy, construction materials, building and garden market.
OMNITRACKER has already been in use for the IT Service Management. By now, OMNITRACKER will be used for the human resources department, too. Incoming requests from employees concerning HR-themes like working times and holidays are going to be managed by OMNITRACKER. |

ASC Group is one of the biggest automobile dealers in Russia. Headquartered in Moscow the company sells primarily the brands Audi, Nissan, Infiniti and Skoda. In October 2009, the Russian edition of the FORBES Magazine voted the company into the list of the 200 biggest non-state companies.
OMNITRACKER will be used for the internal IT HelpDesk according to ITIL. After a successful training by our partner Cleverics, OMNITRACKER has been implemented. |

As independent management consultancy, Serview observes and analyses the market for IT Service Management Software solutions. In consultancy projects, Software comparison studies and at expert conferences Serview brings transparency and comparability on the ITSM Software market with the award “SERVIEW Certified Tool”. Manufacturer of a ITIL supporting Software solution have to meet the criteria of Serview CertifiedTool and the very high demands verifiably; only then the award is given. With the help of an Assessment Workbook, a detailed analysis and evaluation of the solution as well as via reference client visits, it is ensured that the Software complies with the demanding criteria.
OMNINET had the OMNITRACKER ITSM Center checked by Serview. Within the evaluation the Suite had been checked on an ITIL compatible display of processes in the areas Service Design, Service Transitions, Service Operations, Continual Service Improvement and a continuous ITIL conform Wording. The OMNITRACKER ITSM Center passed all checked areas with distinction and is therefore from now on a “SERVIEW CertifiedTool”.

The BTC IT Services GmbH is a subsidiary of the BTC AG based in Oldenburg. As part of the energy company EWE the BTC IT Service GmbH is responsible for the operation of IT Service Desks across the group and takes also care of third market customers of the BTC AG with the services Outsourcing, Outtasking, technology consulting, Service Desk and Desktop Services.
For the displacement of the existing Service Desk Tools based on HP Open View a comprehensive evaluation project with more than 20 suppliers was implemented. OMNITRACKER stood up to all competitors in a Proof of Concept in all areas.
The started implementation project runs from the complete migration of the existing tool and expansion to ITIL core processes with certain interfaces to adjoining systems. |

The „Rummelsberger“ are one of the leading responsibles of the Diakonie (social service arm of the Protestant church) in Germany, which offers services to 210 facilities, in hospitals, facilities for the handicapped, old people´s and nursing homes, in schools and training centers.
The long-term client Rummelsberger Datenverarbeitung expands the use of OMNITRACKER above the ITSM functions in areas of direct open-loop control and logging of patient contacts. The OMNITRACKER IT Service Management Center receives as one of the first Softwaretools the Pink Verify 3.1 certification of OGC (Office of Government Commerce) and APM Group!
Compared to previous certification procedures, OGC, owner of the ITIL frameworks, is now setting more comprehensive requirements concerning documentation and functionality. The certification procedure is separated into an analytic part and a complete test of requirements set by the company Pink Elephant on behalf of OGC.
Since April, OMNITRACKER IT Service Management Center from OMNINET has been certified for nine ITIL Processes PinkVerify 3.1: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Asset & Configuration Management, Request Fulfillment, Event Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalogue Management and Knowledge Management.
As of now, OMNITRACKER IT Service Management is listed on the Pink Verification V3.1 Website.
